hello thinking of buyin a 09 ds450xc we got one on trade at my dealer cherry like under ten hours hurt the guys back i guess bad back or something he got a rzr 4 . anyway i have been a motocycle tech for almost ten year mosty at polaris and yamaha ,arctic cat dealer. dont know a whole lot about can am build a few 650 motors anyways just looking for some input . i know about the clutch issues were getting the can am dealer to do the updates for free
helps to be in the dealer loop .. doesnt seem to have the lowend 450 punch like the polaris/ktm or yammy .. little doggie on bottom .... best part the price is right 3k any input ?????????

ya, I'm 6'7" and it felt the best for as tall as I am! VERY similar to my old 250R

ya working at a dealer you get pretty good deals on trade in .. it was $3400 otd taxes ects.. i did the clutch and hub and side cover today . got off a little early went for a ride rides nice plush .. once we hit the big open washes my old ladie on my banshee blew my doors off . pulls up looks at me im pinned then grabs a gear and throw shit all over me its cool i still like the ride i will be doing some mods very soon

well, do some searching on here for mods but the easy ones are, pipe, oversized K&N and cut the pink wire! Glad you enjoy it, those 3 mods above will wake it RIGHT up!
