Hello from Belgium

Greetings from Belgium.

I have a Can-am dealership in Belgium.
We are racing the Ds 450 already 2,5 years now and developed a lot of parts for it.

Hope I can help somebody with tuning the Ds.

Alex

Whe use now the yoshimura full system and it performs really well.
Before whe used the Leovince but the powerband is less agressive and the titanium pipe was too fragile.
I also tested the Motoworks and this seems to work pretty good as well.

Clutch is original.
Intake is the full alu intake from Brp racing.
Fuel system is a professional system with lamdacontroller fully programmable.
Ignition and injection completly changed and running on Bioethanol E85
The Ds 450 really flies with this system.

The yoshimura was one of my favorite systems also. Planning to switch to E85 also how much it cost to change for that fuel system. Do you have a base map setup? Its about $595 for a powercommander an autotune with o2 sensor here. plus dyno time to setup base map which sounds to be about 30% more fuel/ richer.

I can tell you that it really is a big difference this E85 but the only bad thing about it is with the first start of the day when it is colder than 10 degrees it starts very difficullt.
If you take a little startpilot the first time when it is really cold it works perfect.
You can also put in more fuel and less Bioethanol to make this better in wintertime.
Than you get E75 :-)
The system I use is much more proffessional than the powercommander but will set you back 1500 Euro.
It is expensive but you can also use it on every gasoline engine if you program it affcourse.
