New and wanting a ds450

Hey everyone. I'm new to the forum and looking at getting a DS450. Just got my son a DS250 and now dad needs a toy. I figured the best place to learn about the 450 was from owners with experience. Thanks in advance for all the help to come.

Dealership 08s are junk. Used 08s are usually ok if all updates/recalls were done.

I'm in california. Got 2 quads for sale (for the right price). 400ex w/ kfx450 shocks and ct full exhaust and a ds450 all updates done, look at my sig for details. What's ur price range?

Thanks guys. As far as my price range it's going to be a little bit before I am able to buy one. I'm in the AF and will soon be transitioning back to civilian life. How much are you looking to get for your 08?

welllllllll thats a tough one haha....theres too much time and $ into it...but if someone offered me between 4500-5k for it id do it. theres about $2500 of extras on it...dyno proven to be a straight beast. figure you can find a stock 2009 for maybe $3000-$3500 or a 08 that has all updates done and some mods....def a decent deal IMO. if you take your kid out to ride lemme kno maybe i can swing it by and let you take her for a spin...lord knows i love showing her off haha.

Thanks. I am going to keep looking on the internet to see if I can find a deal like I got for my son's. Any riding we are going to be doin together will be once Im back up in Cali. He gets his DS 250 for Xmas. Need to make sure I have plenty of gas on hand, cause he's never going to get off of that thing.
