All mx racers

To all you racers out there, im calling you out to come help me bring my local racing back to life, I race at Birch Creek Motorsport Park in Danville Va and they have a supercross style race track that they hold races on once or twice a month. And lately its been rather pathetic the amount of 4wheeler racers that show up, for the first race back in may there was 8 guys total racing 4wheeler counting all 3 classes, and now after the last race there was only 2 guys, me and an A class rider. So if anyone on here lives close enough that they could drive down or up for a day and hang out and do a little racing please do it. Because it is no fun racing with only guy or even worse by myself. It costs $25 to race but the track is tons of fun. Here is a link to the the race track and click on Night Series to view any info about the schedule or race classes. Thanks and please come out if you can.

this is something I think we are all dealing with around the country. We have the same problem out here on the west coast. Its so hard to get anyone to show up to the local stuff, and since we don't have the numbers nothing stays open for us.

It is allmost impossible to have good turnouts at local races. We would come out to suport you guys but thats a little far to drive for a local race.

Put a ad in the local craiglist for riders
Put in the for sale section for motocycles
You might get a few bites

Good idea i never thought about putting it on craigslist, see the thing is if we could have a consistent 8-10 riders at the gate every race then there would start being money prizes but with only 2 riders you can give out money prizes or else the track wouldnt be making any money

it blows because our district racing is beginning to drop atv racing because the atv racing is usually on saturdays and the dirtbikes race on sundays so now they're beginning to not have anything on saturday except for dirtbike practice and no atv racing
