It's a $1200 Cannon I got couple years ago, just put it on a setting and shoot, Cannon can't go wrong. Heres a few more we went to a smaller front # plate and got some red mud plugs, we'll cut the air box since the FCi is huge but make it so we can attach in mud like this...2009 LL. We ran Open A got 10th had a small blown head gasket the whole weekend it will kill the quad when you let off the throttle and we couldn't figure it out even Warnert till we got home and it grew. ....it was bruttally hot too so the stock cooling sys did well considering but we take the recovery tank out it's too close to the engine....yeah everyone really like the quad there were hardly any there in the am classes doing this good. Race team helped us out with 08 cases and we got er running for this race and they were very supportive at the track. Lots of 60+whp quads in this class we got about 50 w/good torque, here we were running PC3 now 5 much better throttling and tuning power. We go to Pell City in 6 weeks to see how she does. Our dealer has 2 discounted 09's we can bring if anyones interested.

No thats a TNT exclusive one of a kind we had FCI Fuel Customs Intake make it...it's the best out there but it's needs a redesign or cut the box out like BCS and the race teams do. Right now we have to take the intake out to clean the filter it's a pain. I was suppost to send this to FCI but think I will just cut the box out.

Heres a FCI in a 450r we built this is the way the DS should look... this company has been doing intakes for years much better thn BRP, you can see this 450r frame is mainly bolted casted aluminum the DS much better, the major structure and the big hole in center by the engine still baffles me no support. Also don't got a pic of the front of the 450r but the DS arms are much better.....look at where they place the DS shock bottom right at the bend and the gull wing design provides much better ground clearance. The 450r motor has more problems getting mid-high power out of we couldnt solve anyway with tons of cam grinds, our DS has smooth torque all through the RPM range. We'd take the DS anyday it smokes this 450r built the same.






The shop....we've seen it all! No not me in the photo, a happy customer as soon as we fix his quad....lol!

FCI – I guess there were not enough calls or interest for them to go into production….you all might call and place some orders of interest, then they will call me and make it worth my and their time to send this prototype to them otherwise buy it as is and run it or cut the box out. As far as gains, probably a lot compared to stock to others some you can see the thing is a beast! Drilling – you have to be a rep and buy into distribution, then sell to get your money back. Call JSR Performance the shop in the photos @ 316- 706 -3658 he’s who we go through to get this in production and we do have a month break after this weekend from racing to do it. Tell em TNT send yas.

Blaster – I’m not planning on Pell right now if we make the A main I may drive there Sat night it’s only six hours from where I’m at in Charleston. Glad BCS is going we may send them our harness and get it back there. I’ll be @ RD 2-3 for sure! Maybe see ya all in VA not far or NY, PA. We can all look at the frame issue there or at one of these I should have a good idea @ RD 2. We just need BCS to fab something up.
