09 MX shocks

so, for all of you that have these shocks, how do you adjust the ride height? just a spanner wrench? or is there and easier way? also, how do you adjust the rear ride height with the shock on the quad? I just got my rear shock on, and it looks like i couldn't adjust it on the quad if i had to.

Yes you can use a spanner on the front but the back you will have to use a screw driver and hammer. Put it on a stand to take all the presure off the spring and adjust
them like that. Its actually pretty easy just a little time consumming.
