whats the max rider weight for a ds? for just regular trail riding no jumping or anything too rough?

I dunno....I'd say if ur over 350 u might wanna look at something bigger than a 450 tho. Shocks can be revalved but I dunno how a 450 would pull. What r u weighing in at?

Ur fine. I'm 6'1" 220 and this bike has no problem moving me around

haha well im 5'8" and 252 lbs and this baby has no prob moving me! even juming.. i didnt even touch the stock adjustments just left them how the came from the dealer and i jump over 30 ft without hurting.. ( i know ooo 30' but then again im 80 lbs over what the stock shocks are valved for) lol so yeah...

No problem for the ds im 250lbs trail rider ,working on using the machines adjustabilty to set up the machine,so far just cranked up the preload ,a bit now comp- rebound settings.
