Depends what you are riding. MX, Cross Country, Dunes.

Your weight does not matter , as stated , the ride style matters
MX = 6.0-7.5" with your butt and all of your gear sitting on the bike on hard ground

yup...great article by xrider as well...explains it all with how and why! read through it, it'll give you a great understanding of the importance of suspension and adjustments!

Do you guys set the height to be the same by the a-arms as by the foot-pegs.

I have read articles where they recommend setting the height by the footpegs about a 1/4" lower than by the a-arms, something like (footpegs= 7.00" and a-arms=7.25").

So I've heard now that this can influence the handling quite a bit, where having a lower rear-end can make it more unstable on straights than the other way around.

Wondering how you all have it set and recommend it?

What about shock sag?My rear shock has no sag,seems alittle stiff but not bad.
