Bead not set right

Just got back from the dealer and noticed hat the inside beads on the front tires didn't set properly. I had them mount new Holeshot SRs on the stock wheels. Any way to pop them into place other than the obvious way of inflating till they pop in? Seems like a sketchy way to do it...

atv tires are a real pain to get seated, whenever i had tires changed i went to a tire shop and like stated before they went to 50-60 psi before the popped on. if u want to try it yourself, get some soapy water, rub it on the bead then give it some air.

get a lot of soapy water put a ratchet strap around them and inflate until they pop on. I have had one set of rear tires take like 60 psi before popping onto the bead.

Well. ended up taking them back cause they f'ed up the rear wheels valve stem as well. It would leak when agitated.

Nice work, Heinens...

I squirt straight dish soap around the rim and spread it out with my fingers. I still end up having to put 50-60 #'s of air to get them to seat fully. A little persuasion with a hand sledge around the tire sometimes helps. I also find that filling it with 50-60 #'s and letting it all back out a few times seems to stretch the tire letting it finally seat. It always gives me a scare when it finally pops no matter how prepared I think I am!

O man, I got a tire back like this once. Had never sat a bead until that day...used a strap/lube/bounced it up and down. Finally used some dishsoap, closed my eyes and looked the other way while I pressed it up to like 60psi. I am not gonna lie, was pretty scared, especially when it finally set itself. This, of course, was after watching several you tube ideas. Some good and some not so much. I really liked the technique of spraying flammable fluid in the tire and lighting it. I don't see myself trying that one though.
