How to fix frame at swing arm mounting bolt location

Just realised that the frame where swing arm bolt is located is damaged. I heard that corresponding frame part can't be purchased as loose item, only comes with complete frame?

Possible to find OEM part?
Other solutions?
(Sorry no photo due to quad at workshop)

Check out BCS performance.com or eBay. I'm sure you'll find hips there.

How bad is damaged the hip where swing arm bolt is located? Try to put a new big washer.

And yes, that's true, the hips are not sold by BRP like other OEM parts (altec bars, etc), must buy the entire frame.

However, BCS and BRP Race Department (only in USA and Canada) sold all the frame parts individually.

Here is the frame replacement parts number or just say left hip or right side hip:

The hips are like 150€ per piece approx plus shipping, I can't remember exactly.

If you quad is 08, the new hips are reinforced (refilled areas), and remember put the new rubbers, bushings, (updated) on the swing arm

It is 2008

Thanks. We are thinking to replace both or do some welding+improvements. Also I need new swing arms, since the bolt was cut during race and I did not realizw whsts the issues with the bad suspension👿

So swing arms god damaged also so better to replace, luckily it sid cut fully since then major damage could have occured....crack engine case e.g. Also chaingukde helped to keep chain working even back was loose....
