It seemed like ups took a lesson from the pony express.

UPS has gotten progressively worse in the past year...i used to love using them...now they just fail

It can be hit or miss sometimes , but its worth it

last few orders with them usually take a week just for them to ship the items. Then another week by UPS for it to show. my only complaint is that they don't process their online orders and get them out fast enough. But their products are great once you get them.
