I need help

So my can am ds 450 x 2008 clutch sound like a Squealing noise when I start off and I no it need a new one and new moter mounts and fly wheel bolts is all that free at a dealership or do I have to pay jw if they where free recalls

It only has 25 hours on it is that supposed to happen
