The only people making a larger tank for the DS is Warnert, they are hand made out of aluminum and I believe are around 4 gallons but they will cost u some serious coin

Hi Andy,

We once looked into making a fuel tank for this model, but ultimately decided not to go forth with the project. Not sure why the project got scrapped. I know at this point, we don’t see a lot of demand for one, so the possibility of the decision being changed is pretty unlikely. Very sorry about that. Thanks for your email!

The Warnert tank is very slick I personally have one features ims quick fill and also available cv4 heat shield made to fit the tank perfect was very impressed in the tank.

if you want to save cash make one. Only need some alluminum and a good welder. Some one needs to make a smaller tank because the tank on the ds is way to big now.

That is the Warnert racing tank with ims quick fill and cV4 heat wrap I do not have a price on this tank I bought with bike but I could call Todd at Warnert and find out a price I you re interested it is 4 gal

This winter im going to attempt making a 2 gal. one that is a lot easier to get out of the frame. The stock tank is way larger than you need for motocross.
