this would be my gift to the forum, as you all know the ds450 community lacks a lot unlike other quads so posting the service manual would probably help with the development of the ds450 community and maybe more people would provide more info.
but first i need pics of a finished up epoxied head check my thread, secondly it would be nice from someone who is a guru in PDF to fix the indexing and page layout.

Hello,
I can't seem to find the wiring diagram in the first post.... Can someone please email it to me or upload it to a file sharing service? I found on the form a PDF file with the Shop Manual, but it doesn't have the wiring in it.

Thanks

BR,
Andrei

Yeah, me too. I downloaded the shop manual, which was a huge help, by the way... but I don't think there's a wiring diagram in there. I'd love to have one, so I can shorten my harness a little bit-- clean it up. I traded my race-cut harness to parider (thanks again) for a stock one so I can run headlights and ride at night. There's still a little bit too much wire going all over the place, when so much more of it can be centralized and shortened... I think I would benefit from a diagram. Especially a color-coded one...

I would need especially the ECU pinout. I've got the ECU of an ds450 wich I must use on an outlander 400. The atv runs fine for about 30-60seconds but after that it enters limp mode. (I guess it waits for signals from the gearbox or cluch)
