If any you guys are running a rotary style stabilizer (like precision), would you mind posting a picture of how it mounts?

I found place that makes good stabilizer, but no DS mounting kit. I have access to a machine shop and I am going to make the mounting hardware.

Great news!

Once I get my stabilizer, if I can not fabricate the mount I will give you guys a call.

Thanks for supporting the DS450!

Custom CNC Part (CCP) in detriot lakes MI. He has an eBay store. I ordered just the stabilizer without mounting hardware for $120 USD. He does not make the hardware for the DS. I am planning on making my own hardware with aluminum I-beam and milling it into shape.

It will take me a bit to fabricate a mount. Should be ready to test in a week.

But the actual unit seems better built then a precision, but less adjustable.

The linkage is made of billet aluminum and has bearing in each end. 8 clicks of
Adjustability.

I was able to make the mount, it turned out super clean. Did some testing this weekend and it was a super good mod. I have never tried a precision, so I can not compare.

I took some pics. When get them downloaded I will start a new thread.

my geuss is that this is by far the best stabilizer for under 200 bucks.

BTW... ccp makes mounting hardware for yzf. The ds mount is easy to make.

well, It stabilizes your steering! lol. But really, it makes the bars a little harder to turn, but if you hit a rock or root going fast, the bars wont jerk out of your hands. They also help with arm pump and fatigue.
