Water fitting on engine head brake

hello
Sorry for bad english
I have a 2008 ds 450 efi
While i change the water tank i broke by mistake the fitting that goes in to the engine head
I can bring 1 from local store but not sure if this is ok and replace just wanna make sure that is ok cause i see that the original has liltle hole and new one has bigger hole
I dont know if that will change some or make it worse
And maybe some one know where to find original one

Any help will apricciate
